Yes, you get more money the more expensive the drink it. As far as I can tell, you are not docked pay for putting in extra Karmotrine, if it's an 'Karmotrine optional' drink.
You also make more money if you give them a Big, if they probably wanted a Big, although I'm not certain on that.
However, this means you'll sometimes have to choose between giving a special drink (in line with what they probably want from the vague question, favorite drink), a high-alcohol drink (because the Karmotrine Optional drinks that you can dump 15+ units of booze into are usually cheap as fuck), and a high-dollar drink.
This might be somewhat inaccurate, it's just what I noticed while playing.

As has been discussed several times, that shit is on the completely optional Danger/u/ board, which is obviously a parody, or did it need a flashing yellow "PARODY" over it to make it obvious to someone of you limited intelligence?
There's also Streaming-Chan's Nico-style scrolling comments, but that's a perfectly reasonable part of that character concept, which is itself, a reasonable part of such a cyberpunk world.
Outside of that, there's maybe the Big Boss Corgi, who appears for perhaps five minutes, the detective, who doesn't have much screentime either (and has a story/personality outside of the reference), and a few lines of miscellaneous dialogue scattered throughout an eight-hour game (mostly in scenes that are supposed to be entirely non-serious).
I'm not sure how you managed to be so triggered by such slight references and memery. Perhaps you should consider getting thicker fucking skin, or fucking off to a thread discussing something you enjoy, if indeed, there is anything left you can allow yourself to enjoy.

I think it's great so I'd recommend it yeah.
I don't think the steam version will get you the prologue since it's a separate release form like two years ago (and they'll get more money from a purchase on their page instead of steam since they skim a good bit off the top like any other retailer) so yeah you'll probably wanna get it on their website. Should come with a steam key, I know my copy did.
