I bought a WiiU for Zelda last year to finally actually play Bayo and Xenoblade and I hate myself for it, but they are both pretty good games.
Uncharted I only rented for 2 days because all of those games are short as fuck and I would say it's definitely worth a rent, particularly if you like the other games. It's not a reason to buy a PS4 though or anything.
Just because something gets hyped on /v/ doesn't mean it's bad though. If you can check it out for cheap or free, why not?
