"Forcing" a 50% winrate works perfectly for games that are 1v1, since it just means paring you against a stronger or weaker player, in a team game it doesn't work well because it has to give you random team mates, which have to be better/worse to get the 50% winrate.

Theoretically mccree can stop tracer with a headshot and a single fan buller, with the help of the flashbang. By the same turn of the coin, a widowmaker can kill a tracer with one headshot. Fan the hammer was nerfed into uselessness because of how wide the spread is on fan, ontop of its miniscule damage. Either it needs a tighter cone of accuracy or to have its damage bumped from 45 to 50 so that it doesn't take 4 hits to kill a tracer, or 5 to kill a genji, or all 6 to hit to kill a reaper. Either giving the attack that +5 damage, or making i slightly more accurate so that I can reliably hit atleast 2 out of 6 shots at max flashbang distance would solve the issue.

The overtime mechanic is the biggest comeback mechanic I have ever seen, you can literally have a game go on for an indefinite amount of time so long as someone on your team keeps touching the point or payload.
2. premades are an issue, but it just means that you have to form a premade with the good players you come across.
3. People joining at the last 30 seconds of a game is directly related to people feeling its okay to leave a game at the last 30 seconds.
4. There is a report function, report them for harassing, cheating, or both and say they were doing that crap.
5. That is about personal skill, if they don't want to help you then switch to another character and make one of those people heal.
6. That is a get gud mechanic, if your team is constantly getting steamrolled and stomped then maybe you should stop having 5 genji/hanzo/widows and a lucio on defense.
7. IF someone is trying to practice a hero in competitive, then report them. They should be doing that shit in QM. Idealy a player would practice the character in AI or the training grounds, but eventually they HAVE to play against real people for the first time, and this happens so you need to get over it... so long as it is in QM and not competitive.

Sorry, I thought you were talking about the changes of competitive mode. Yeah QM is a shitshow at times, but Blizzard seems to let that slide if Heroes of the Storm is anything to go by. Blizz tends to treat QM as just a random "don't complain because you are getting and losing nothing by playing this mode" setting while they focus on competitive mode as the main thing.
I do believe that competitive mode will fix some things, but it will probably make other issues more prevalent as a lot of the better players will focus on competitive exclusively and that will increase the % of shithead double hanzos and etc.
