Sega Genesis is the perfect system for those kind of games. I can beat this, Hard Corps, the Shinobi games, Sonic games, Bloodlines, and MUSHA to name a few.
Fallout 1 or 2.
Fallout 1 just max steal and steal my way to the base which is directly West of Vault 13.
Fallout 2 just steal my way to San Fran and steal plant kill the dude for the key fob.
use XP on speech to pass all the speech checks.
boom done.
