Examine the lighting on the right. See how the light spreads across the surface of Vaas' face, dynamic lighting will give you that pristine look.
Where as the left just uses static, lightmapped lighting.

Also, his detail is way more significant. Especially his hair. This guy, >>342231684 knows what's up.
