I'm not sure about that, but I'm sure I have read somewhere that jp voice actor are huge jew when it comes to exporting their works, like you need to pay them a lot.

I want to love this game. I've been obsessed with this series since I played P3. Played most of the SMT games, Devil Survivor and Persona series. Yet, I'm so jaded by P5 at this point that if it came out tomorrow, dubbed, I would probably wait until it's on sale.
Also, there's good reason why a lot of people want P5 undubbed. It's got an amazing cast of VA's. Not to mention Atlus NA has sold games undubbed before. Atlus JP is the one that doesn't want to sell the original dub internationally because of the profoundly stupid and archaic copyright laws in Japan.

Nocturne is the best I'd say. SMT IV has a lot of references to other games in the series and the spinoffs like DDS and Raidou have their own quirks.
Strange Journey might be my favorite but its difficulty is really high and the battle system was for some reason changed from the other games.
