Japan is okay with dismembering non-humans like the Oni in Toukiden, but human violence (including red blood from human-like enemies) is a no-no. On the other hand Ni-Oh has dismemberments out the ass and I don't think it's slated for CERO-Z.

Although the PS3 version isn't getting release in the West so I'm worried that the PC version in the West is meant as a replacement for the PS3 version (meaning its a PS3 port), which would kind of suck. I hope I'm wrong but its a scary thought.
