If you dont mind riding in a campy train, sure. Its more superheroic rather than the sci-fi/action the x-men movies are known by. Its also more lighthearted and simple than the previous movies.
Its maybe a worse movie than Civil war, but 100% more fun. Bigger action scenes, bigger than life villains, action that has weight on it, Apocalypse hams it the fuck up just like the old cartoons. Its like an episode from the 90s. I think Oscar Isaac as Apocalypse gave a brilliant performance that surpasses both the quality of the plot and the script.
