I wont go into detail here, but in my case it was a boss where everyone had to go to another specific place, everyone was running around planless and due to that we wiped. I asked who wants to go to place a, b, c and no one besides one person answered. Shit like that is just plain retarded. All they had to do was naming a single fucking letter. Its not hard, really.
