What was the last video game you liked enough to replay over multiple years?
Pic and Dwarf Fortress are the only two games I can stomach replaying year after year for longer than a week or two.

Kerbal Space Program

I 100% only STALKER Call of Pripyat. The other two STALKER's have something in them that prevented me from having a decent amount of money/supplies and I used to spend all the money on health packs and walking with a broken armor until I found one. And that's also the reason I Didn't explore Shadow of Chernobyl and Clear Sky to it's fullest, even though I beat them multiple times.
Anyone else knows the feeling?
Also, I used to regualrly relplay HL 2 and it's episodes, Quake 4 and Disciples II.

Max Payne 1 and 2.
Every year I replay the first Deus Ex, and so far (15 years and going) I've always managed to find one new dialogue, or hidden area, or alternate route I hadn't explored. Truly a testament to replayability.
I've done SoC and CoP probably seven or eight times now, and am most likely done with them. I'll also occasionally (every two years or so) find my Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory DVD and reinstall that too.

I go through phases of trying to make crazy shit work (such as a SpaceY 5m engine propelled rocket plane), messing around in the atmosphere and doing grand projects with pointlessly containing criteria.

Accountants would hate me, my ships almost always make it back to Kerbin with something like 1-2km/s of delta-V left in the tank because I find running out of fuel so maddening. My excessive fuel margins were possibly best illustrated when my Duna lander (it was supposed to be a Duna orbit rendevouz and return mission) ended up in Duna orbit with enough fuel to get all the way back to Kerbin. I renamed the interplanetary transfer stage [anon's] Folly.
