I think more people should use the dynamic crosshair when they begin playing because the static crosshair is very misleading on the gun's accuracy.
A lot of these webms take advantage of the fact that most people play with a small static crosshair making it seem as if the crosshair is directly over the enemy, however the dynamic crosshair would show that their shots will have a much larger spread due to improper movement and timing of shots.
A lot of new players and people who haven't played the game tend to think of CS:GO requires a lot of muscle memory and co-ordination to perform skillful shots. However, a lot of higher level players perform better not just because of higher accuracy but position themselves better and co-ordinate with team mates more efficiently to make their guns more useful and be able to overcome recoil and gun movement much more efficiently.

Hide the programs running, so even if let them search for cheats they wouldn't find it.
Choose the area of the hitbox you want the shots to hit at any given time.
Trigger bots, aim bots, wall hacks, you can really do some shit to get away with cheating now and unless you got a good ref spectating and they're being blatant you just either have to cheat yourself or take it up the ass.

The deagle literally has the highest landing inaccuracy in the game. Most other guns recover a split second after landing; notably the negev, m249, AWP, deagle, and revolver (spray) have very high landing inaccuracy.
The scout has almost no landing inaccuracy, this helps with the intended jump mechanic.

Yeah their aimlock accounts for recoil too. You can even set it to aim for random parts of the hit box at intervals to make it seem not so blatant. That and they adjusted the movement setting of their bot so it doesn't just instantly snap to the target either.
One of the guys who helped make this monstrosity also bought a mouse that macros movement, so if he doesn't feel like full out cheating he can just use his macros for different recoil.

The guy in the OP jumped right before shooting which also creates a penalty to accuracy. It's on the second shot onward that the recoil is simulated and he didn't allow the gun to settle between shots.
