If you have the Scorpio and you're playing a 4k game, it will just be downscaled to 1080, or whatever your tv can support. It will look different but it will still retain good graphics and resolution.

Native 1080p with decent post-AA is so much better than 720p and lower without any AA, which was common on PS3.

I think they would, but I think the gains kind of drop off after year 4? 5? Somewhere around then. Look at year 1 PS3 games and year 4/5 PS3 games. Then look at year 6/7 PS3 games. Visually, shit jumps way up, then then kind of levels off. I don't think neo will do much at first. More particles, more/better FPS, more draw distance/shadows, etc. Small stuff. But in year 5 of the PS4 and year 2 of the neo, neo shit will start looking a lot better.
