pax demo and special demo are basically the same thing, though there's some graphical differences I think? Been a while since I played them. Oddly enough I think they're both canon too.
Prologue is like a solid year older than the demos and is longer but also has some filler and obviously feels like a far earlier work-in-progress sorta thing.
Nowhere near as rough as the prototype was though.
