An FPS where you play as one of many henchmen for a Bond villain. There are many of these villains each with their own bases within territories and you get to choose who you work for and where to attack next. You can then choose the closest base to you within the territory to infiltrate and storm with an army of other henchmen while pushing forward into the centre of each base and taking it as your own, fighting Oddjob and Jaws style characters along the way..

The world plays out similar to Dynasty Warriors in that opposing forces fight each other for territory while you're in the level. You can rise in ranks to become the villains right hand man and use unique weapons they produce the higher you go. Weapons unlock metroidvania style in that each Oddjob/Jaws style character has a unique one that you acquire once you've beaten them.

If you die though you take over as the henchman that killed you and start fighting for the other team. You can use this method to manipulate the world how you want but you will never reach right hand man status if you keep switching on purpose.

Each base is a lavish hideout in the style of the Bond villains - Volcanoes, Moon bases etc and all play out similar to the ending scene in You Only Live Twice with two factions all out fighting and pushing the frontline in your favour to win the base with different objectives at each point.

It's a free game. You are mayor of City. Build buildings to grow city. Get materials to build by playing the game.
Game:
Mode 1-Stuff flashes or flies by the screen fast and you have to count them. At the end it asks and if you get the number right you get the materials.
Mode 2- Big jar or pile and count the beans in the jar style and correct guess gives you material.

First person view with the movement of the player's camera deciding what kind of punches and kicks he'll throw.
Majority of combat would be about avoiding getting hit and counter-striking.
You can only parry attacks directly in front of you because a successful parry would instantly incapacitate the enemy.

At start you can only make short paths for heroes like SMB1, but as you gain more troops and expand your empire, you can make actual worlds like what you'd see in SMB3, and as it takes more time from heroes to reach your castle, you can kidnap multiple princesses at once if you wish.
Depending how you win them to your side, the heroes of the lands might also join you, move to other countries or become renegade heroes who make stealth attacks against you and assist others.
Different troops that'd join you would be suited for different things, some are better in water stages, some on ice, some aren't useful for fighting at all but can help you develop different things.
There'd never be actually any action gameplay, everything would be strategy, building and management. Even for showdowns against heroes you'd just get to decide on manner of pre-fight speech and fight you were going for.

You would play as a stalker and try to scavenge materials to earn a meager living. If you don't have enough money at the end of the day you have to spend the night in the wild, if you run out of ammo you have to just run around finding shit to sell to get ammo, all that. Imagine the side mission from Metro where you played a stalker but actually fleshed out. There would be a diverse array of areas and landscapes. Semi-aquatic urban areas and abandoned military bases. There would be a greed kinda mechanic, like encumberance but not bad. Think a mix between the RE4 inventory management and a classic unit-based weight system. Some items would be really light by themselves but a surplus would be incredibly heavy (like ammunition or metals). You would have to decide between taking just what you could get to sell/use for yourself or moving a lot slower but with a much larger payoff.

It could be single player or multiplayer. Personally I think single player would add to the atmosphere but multiplayer would make the gameplay better. Same with something like vehicles, it would make the game a little less atmospheric but it would add more variety to the gameplay.

Basically, space and time fucks itself because of some [insert plot device here] and 2 vastly different worlds collide (well not really collide, more like overlay over each other); a near-futuristic Earth that isn't much different from what we have now (minus maybe robots/AI and a few improvements in existing technology), and a Fairy-tale like fantasy world called [insert name here] that relies on magic and is filled with all types of generic and exotic Fantasy races. Tensions are high and the event is cataclysmic, but rather than wager war the 2 worlds realize that all they can do is cope with the situation and try to clean up. The player character will probably be one of the people who volunteers to be a peacekeeper or something, going on missions to fight crime and rescue people and something something figure out why the 2 worlds became 1.

Game will probably be an open-world third-person ARPG with a bit of a Soulsbourne flair because I just like how those games feel. Lots of weapons to find both fantasy and modern, armor to fashion, and huge monsters to fight all in Soulsbourne style while still having a bit of its own stuff. Character creation will involve various races with various racial perks. Not sure how multiplayer or death will work; might just go with Destiny's multi-player and mission co-op/style along with Runescape's wilderness zones for PvP. Death will probably just respawn you back in the last town/junction you rested at for open world shenanigans (towns being large and safe social areas with various stores, quests, and an inn; and junctions being smaller and not-as-safe social areas with maybe a quest or 2 to do and a place to rest) and at the start/checkpoint of whatever story quest/dungeon you were doing for those endeavors.

As for my idea, a Liberal Crime Squad-like sim game in a world not unlike Chronicle. Basically, you make your character at the start of the game, then choose what power your character suddenly receives at the start of the game. Telekinesis is the obvious go to but others could be worked in there. From there you'd choose world options like whether it not there are others in your city who have received powers and the rate of the world's organized adaptation to a world with super powered individual(s).

Developing your abilities would work like the 'like a muscle' bit from Chronicle, where practicing with your powers slowly strengthens them but overexerting can harm you. Powers possibly follow a 'research tree' type deal where to something like fly, for example, you would first need to learn to both use your power to 'super jump' and land safely and to use them to repel things. Once the two are combined-using your powers to leap into the air, then repelling the ground below/gravity-you have the ability to fly.

Other sum stuff is in there too, like a reputation system based on how much exposure you get with your powers, working a job for cash, establishing a secret base and identity for those that want to go the cape route and other attributes trained through various activities. Also, the recruitment of both powered and unpowered sidekicks/allies.

Of course, the villain route is entirely open and viable. For those that want to take the potential for power abuse and cruelty to the max, set the world to have no other supers, develop your powers and then use then to do and take what you want. Just how dark things get in universe is all up to the player and the world they set up.

I have the worst idea of all time but why not?

The idea is to make a heavy rain/Detroit become human/Until Dawn like game with a certain theme.

Its going to be a late 90's/early 2000's college freshman comedy movie styled game. It will have a plot that is similar to American Pie, Not another teen movie, Euro Trip etc. Sound track will consist of up beat pop punk bands like Sum 41, Blink-182, Green Day, The Donots etc. You will play as a cast of stereotypical college kids who venture from home into a fictional college town. There you will be greeted by a cast of stereotypical freshmen such as the jock, the nerd, the punk, the virgin outsider (who is also the voice of reason and pseudo main protagonist but is friends with the entire cast because he and the jock grew up together but his real best friend is the nerd), the stoner who gets everyone into wacky shenanigans, the cheerleader slut, the pretty boy, the loser dropout who supplies everyone with drugs and porn, and the level headed girl who is the intended love interest for the outsider but isn't cannon because the player can make a massive variety of choices throughout the game that can make him end with the cheerleader instead, or hell even his Jock best friend just for hilarity.

The game will have you playing as each member of the cast and rotate you through their wacky and adventure filled freshman year of college. The characters CAN be killed. As usual with this kind of game every choice you make can affect the story and outcome. Relationships can be built with every character in the game and a near infinite number of pairs can be arranged throughout the cast. Each character has their own agenda for their first year of college and it is up to you to fulfill it or not. Who knows if your character might end up appreciating an unexpected ending. Some characters may have rivalries or rivalries may develop if you play with people's relationships or goals too much.

Well because I liked the novelty of how the cinematic aspect of those games were so overdone that it turned out to be hilariously bad. I thought I would make something even shittier because it would have the David cage charm. I Can't think of any other games that try to do the press one button style cinematic gimmick. I just imagine it would be pretty funny to fuck around in a game like that except with a college comedy plot and watch the bullshit unfold. I want it to be as genuinely shitty as possible so that it achieves mighty no.9 status or a so bad its good tier title.

EVE Online but medieval pirate themed. Extremely vast seas scattered with islands. Central islands are NPC controlled with NPC Navy. Outer islands are mixture of Pirate NPCs/Player Conquerable islands.

Islands up-gradable/customizible for resourse generation, production, "adventure". In-game diplomacy between player fleets and NPC factions, both pirate and navy, including trade.

Gameplay consist mainly of pvp. PvE exist but mainly as a catalyst to pvp. IE multiple fleets receiving same objective and fighting over spoils.

You build a character and can put X amount of points into skills like stealth, fire building, climbing, foraging, various weapon skills, etc.

After character creation, you're matched with 23 other players and put into a random, procedurally generated arena with random weapons. You could be built for swimming and spears but end up in a frozen tundra with a bow. Or you could be built for shelter building and swords and luckily end up in a desert with blades abundant.

There would also be a level editor section, where players can build arenas complete with traps, dangers and animals which can be downloaded from the marketplace and played with others.

Game based around fire preservation and management.
You play as a girl with a box of matches in a desolated, frozen town in eastern europe, your matches are both your lifeline and main tool, which you use to heat up yourself and to melt snow/ice/solve light puzzles. When the last match dies, so do you, freezing to death.
You always respawn at the same place, but town geography re-arranges itself upon every new playthrough.
Your aim is to get out and try to find out how you ended up there.
I've had this idea for a year now and I can't code for shit, so I'm just worldbuilding.

Something kind of like the map completion and character progression of Castlevania or Metroid with the gameplay of a first person shooter. Alright, it's a space hunting game.

The thing is you're killing fauna that's not necesarily in a planet, like asteroid belts,
on top of a comet, gas giants which i know are planets but why the fuck not, that would work
as a sort of shifting directions whirpool themed level.

Essentially a multiplayer co-op game, right now im thinking of two types of players:
ones that drive ships and others who grab a jetpack armor and go fight up close.

The ships pick up the jetpack guys to recover health and fuel and ammo and move them around.
Ships can expose the boss weakpoints but it's too unnacurate to deal with said weakpoints.

Jetpack guys take out the weakpoints, analyze the enemy, rescue guys who are ded or repair ships.
Ships could also rescue dead guys but driving inside the asteroid belt is risky.

Levels are basically the big boss in the center of the stage surrounded by a swarm of other creatures.
Those could turn aggresive or not based on the swarm relation to the big boss, those can be symbiotic, parasitic or just be hanging around, eating the big boss shit or something. The enviroment as i said could be
asteroid belt themed and so on.

If you rescue the dead guys they keep some of their equipment. If you lose a ship, you lose whatever loot you had in it and everyone inside dies. Ships are expensive.

Yes you can fill both bars with some effort.

You play as a Darwin beetle on his way to the top of a tree, where your beetle waifu awaits. But before you reach her, you must fight other beetle rivals by dropping them off a tree using the strength of your jaws and endurance of your grip on tree surface. As the game progresses the diminishing skills force you to become a better player without punishing you too much then slowly the enemies get harder(plot point to explain this you defected from one faction to another more powerful faction and are now back in your original faction pre-defection attacking the more powerful group except with lower skills).

The last mission is a replay of the first mission except now you have practically none of the original skills you had in the first place(if you do well on some missions in collecting something related to memories or intel on your character(like they did professional swimming competition as kids) then you don't have to drop a specific skill(swimming in this case) as you "had" it since before the game started/ended).
