If you gave him asthma and made the gameplay reflect that, (standard can't run gotta breathe shit from shooters) and dropped the parkour the game would get a ton better, thematically anyway, make the shooting reflect someone who doesn't shoot much and make the hacking into an actual gameplay element and you've got a decent game on your hands
