Wind Waker is incredibly fun. Great Sea is amazing, too. Just get the warp early and you're set. You're only spending like 3-4 minutes between islands, anyways. Doing it efficiently means you only have to spend like 3 hours in the overworld, total, which is about how long you spend in Ocarina of Time.

Somehow they fucked up the gameplay of Dark Souls 2 and copied almost every thing everything from Dark Souls 1, but a little more worse, not to mention it was a straight art copy from Bloodborne. Skyward Sword is like that but 1000 times worse.
There was too much travelling in WW. I kind of get the feeling they added the sea gimmick to pad the game out.
Also finding the triforce shards was a real pain in my asshole. I can really speak from experience here, as I replayed it not a couple weeks ago on GameCube. It was not fun. I had to grit my teeth and slog through it to get it done.
Regardless I really like the game but it's far, far from perfect, and not close to the best Zelda title.
