Next one is out soon, but who knows how long it'll take for a restoration patch. You absolutely should not play the censored Steam releases of these games because they didn't just cut the sex scenes, they cut all discussions related to sex entirely which makes up a significant amount of the games' humour. The censored versions are hugely sterile and I imagine most people who hated the common route probably played the censored versions.

makina's route has some strange pacing and doesn't really pick up until the last quarter of it. Both the endings are kind of lacking.
It won't take nearly as long for all the other routes especially since you can use the autoskip through the common route mostly. If you got bored with makina's route then I wouldn't really suggest amane's route since it's pretty slow.
yumiko's route picks up quickly and stays fairly interesting throughout. It's got some more excitement than the others.
I liked sachi's personally, but people are kind of split down the middle with it and I can't really explain why. Must be a certain type of person it appeals to (not because of the maid shit).

Only the first is currently translated, with the second releasing some time this month. Not sure if you'll enjoy it. I went it expecting a VN with several choices which made you playthroughs different from one another. What you get is a VN that's about 8 hours of a general route, with some seemingly pointless choices peppered through, and after that, you basically get to pick which girl you wanna chase after. Then, you get a lenghty route focused on that girl, that usually only has one choice towards the end, which lead you to either the Good or Bad end.
If you enjoy reading for hours on end, I guess I'd recommend it. If you want a more interactive VN, I'd say skip it.
