What is, hands-down, the best D-Pad of all time?

Can't tell if joking. That controller looks retarded, but is the fate of excellent d-pads to be on the very worst controllers, and vice versa. (Example: the X360 controller was very nearly flawless, but then they just went and ruined everything with that god-awful D-pad).

It's fine if you have your favorites. You know, everybody got used to SOMETHING over the years. I'm sure that SOMEBODY has l33t skills with the fucking GameCube D-pad.
Anyway, main point is that the GameBoy Advance SP has the most accurate D-pad for speedrunning, platforming, etc. It just has a much lower rate of errors than others. If you don't agree, well, suck a dick. It's fact.

PSP d-pad is superb.
I had a DS lite and a DSi and both felt cheap and weak, i remember my DS Lite d-pad stopped responding like it should, dunno if something broke inside bit i had to apply extra pressure .

surprisingly enough, the 2DS d-pad has the best feeling, but it's a bit too smal. other than that, i like the PSP dpad and also the one on the dualshock controllers.
Super Nintendo D-Pad is the best.
Also Wii-U Gamepad and DS4 are pretty good as well.

A good dpad is one that has a bit of clicky resistance to it and isnt just a circle shape.

wii and ds lite seem to have the same though i find the smaller size better on the ds than wii for whatever reason.
GBC/GBA i'd put at slightly below ds lite
