The one in the photo actually has a bad mic. The noise canceller works just fine and I can receive but it's to the point where literally zero transmit. I'm going to cut into it when I get back home and if i can't fix it myself, I'll reorder the entire mic piece. If it costs too much, I'll cannibalize a mic off one of my other headsets and macgyver it on.
