They, out of any of them have the least amount of need for modification to be put into game. Hell half of them just need a Lv 1 to 5 Starting Zone and then they could merge with their counterparts.

I think it would be interesting to do a HUGE Legendary Quest that would take you half-across Azeroth and back to discover, find out, or form peace treaties with a certain race to add into the game.
