It plays kind of like a stealth game mixed with shadow of the colossus, except that you don't kill giant shit but rather maneuver around it trying to save civilians.

Platformer
You play as Genos.
It's a high speed action 6 degrees of movement game, similar to Zone of the Enders 2.
It uses a style system similar to DMC that helps determine your Hero Rank.
Genos can kill most mooks and some high level threats, but major boss battles are handled by surviving in style as Genos, and taking control of Saitama to deliver the fatal blow.
While Saitama can't be defeated, he can take TOO LONG to destroy the threat, or look like a stupid dork if you fuck up too much or mess aroun. This will affect his Hero Rating and lower his pay, making him depressed.
Saitama also has an interest gauge that determines how much he's enjoying the battle, so finishing too quickly or with only one punch will result in fewer points, making him further depressed.
A depressed Saitama takes longer to get to the fight and is harder to control. He also grumbles and moans all the time.

You play as an OC create a hero and learn new skills along the way, eventually ranking up enough to sit at the table with the S class guys.
Plays like a Musou and each stage ends with a Shadow of Colossus style boss battle.
