Reinhardt is the only character right now that does a good job of chunking a lot of damage for his team. Zarya comes close but isn't nearly as good for pushing chokes. D.va is barely a tank at all and Roadhog doesn't even have any way to block damage, basically a fat McCree.

I had an idea for a kind of tanky character that uses the scrap system that torb has for armour creation but it's basically building more shit onto himself.
Like an omnic that starts thin like zenyatta but collecting scrap builds him up to bigger than bastion size.
More scrap adds armour, shield generators, jetpack and guns onto him.
The ult would shoot out your whole inventory of extra scrap onto any surrounding teammates as armour, kind of like lucios ult.
I want more hot dude characters or raunchy DoA type outfits for everybody, yes even for Bastion and the monkey fuck.

Her ultimate needs to remain preventable. If you can just seek out and one-shot anyone you like it's too strong vs. healers. Or allow it, but give the projectile a tighter window to seek out a target.

His shift makes him smash his pilebunkers into the ground and he goes flying up, like winston jump.
His E is a shorter/instant rein charge without the pin. He just shoves both pilebunker up your ass for some sick damage.
His ult he jumps up a bit and slams his arms on the ground creating a shockwave for masive aoe damage and a knockup. AOE and damage increased the higher he falls from, so it has synergy with shift.

-His Q is a buff that drenches himself in poison. He leaves a poison trail, his pounce will cause the poison to splash, all his attacks will poison.

FYI Reinhardt's fire strike instantly melts whatever part of Meis wall it hits, and continues to travel past it.

In that case, probably remove incendiary and give her some other type of mobility.
Her invisibility is supposed to only be useful to reposition herself, might work if she has limited mobility otherwise. Widowmaker can just zip around to whereever she wants.
Invisibility would also just be a brief mode, like D.Va's boost, and break upon aiming or firing of course. You could also still "see" her shimmering silouette at close range and hear her footsteps.

She's a sniper; She wont be getting close to people so hearing her footsteps or seeing her shimmer would be very unlikely and kind of redundant. Maybe give her like 70% transparency, and remove her HP Bar and Name when stationary for a bit of time.
Also I'd propose something they did with Destiny and their Sniper rifles. Where they added a huge red lens flare whenever the player goes into scope which shows their location. It would encourage the player to stay hidden until the right time and also give away her location. I'd be opposed to giving her too much mobility; a stationary sniper that takes planning and care would be fun.

A wrestler type character
From Dublin, Ireland
He can be a melee tank, 250 HP with a personal barrier in front of him that has 200 HP as well.
It would work like Bastion's barrier back in the early beta, just an added barrier that did not count as part of his HP and would only be directly in front of him. A smaller but more mobile Reinheart shield.
Shift would be a dash forward a few feet, about half of a tracer blink, but its on a shorter cooldown so he can use it like a bloodborne dash. If he hits someone with it they take 50 damage. Dash + Quick Melee would be ideal.
His moves would be over the top wrestling moves initiated by a "grapple" on E. If someone gets too close you press E and grab them, depending on where you grabbed them you do a different move, suplex from the back, belly to belly from the front, etc. Knocks down and stuns for a second or two as well.
Character's trait would be "Heavyweight Champion" whereas he will always deal impact damage to anything that collides with him when he's going a certain speed. His abilities are better off the top rope and jumping on the enemy from a height will hurt, he can jump at a wall, cling on indefinitely, and then jump off for a semi-double jump.
his ultimate would be "running wild" where he psychs himself out and gets increased movement speed so he can hurt people by just running at them, double jump height, and if he gets killed he'll fall to the ground, a referee will count ONE, TWO, but before the threecount he'll get back up, that will happen as long as the ultimate timer is running.
I wrote up a thing for a time-fuckery character and then remembered that that is Tracer's gimmick.
Still think a character who could freeze their projectiles with M2 would be neato.

M1: Throw lightning spear generated from hitech physical spear
M2: Short dash and stab
E: Throw physical spear with curving trajectory (all directions) depending on how you look after pressing E
Shift: Summon a line of tall ghostly spartans pushing enemies back as ghosts run forward. If one gets destroyed the others close the hole and keep moving. No damage. Clips environment.
Ult: Throw shield forward and M1 when you want it to get infused with a lightning strike from above, spreading very bright lightning rapidly all around it
Melee: Shield bash
