Can someone PLEASE explain to me the hype behind this game? Is it just because Zelda? Because everything I've seen so far about this game looks mediocre.
It legitimately looks like a tech demo and reeks of open world sandboxing from 2011.
I just cannot for the life of me think of anything this game dose well or why it looks like something worth playing.
Try name one thing this game dose well let alone something that's never been done before. You can't.

Why do you feel the need to take away people's enjoyment of the game? If they like it, what's it to you. Personally, I find the game to not look quite as good as I'd hoped, but I'm cautiously optimistic.
Also, most people were talking about Audrey's tits during the stream anyway.

Because it's Zelda with some Dragon's Dogma spice and I loved DD. That's pretty much it for me, I'm not a big Zelda fan and it's the first time I've ever been looking forward to a Zelda title. I know most the mechanics have been done before, but that doesn't justify not being intrigued by it.

It's Zelda 1 in 3D. Looks like a 3D Zelda without the godawful pacing and padding of a 3D Zelda.
