The thing that really bothers me about the game is that the fact that the assault and payload maps come down to a couple choke points with 0~1 options for approach. This makes matches incredibly samey.
They REALLY need to make maps with more routes around and under so the game isn't 90% camping since you know exactly where the enemy will be coming from at all times.
The final point on assault maps are obnoxiously made as well. Unless you wipe their team on the spot they'll just file back out from their spawn 5 meters away and kick you back to your spawn on the other side of the map.
At the very least give them a higher respawn time on that point or something.

This would make Overwatch a hard game. Casuals don't like hard games. Casuals are also the largest demographic of Overwatch. Casuals tend to have lots of money to spend on Loot Boxes. Casuals run Overwatch.
