Just Cause 2 with superman mod? Most open world games have a cheat that'll let you fly, I should think. Dunno because cheating is for faggots. Matter of fact, so are open world games. Why would you want to fly, anyway? To get a quick look at how lazy developers are?

Is this true, anon? I never understood why good games with a flying protagonist is so hard to come by. I always thought the Iron Man films would give us that but the games were garbage too.
