They made it so that Fan the Hammer does a little less damage to tanks. But if you get the jump on anything that isn't a Zarya then he's still pretty good at soloing them. Plus he still dominated every other character in the game pretty much, at least to anything with less than 300 health.

McCree was already nerfed, and pretty hard too. He can't do a single thing about tanks anymore and will always lose to one. He's kind of meant to be able to deal with the squishy characters while being absolutely useless on tanks, like how Reaper is the tank buster.

A half competent Widowmaker is a hard counter to any solo McRee, has been since the beginning. Hell, I've solo killed this character as Mercy.
