I love how everyone has a unique weapon that you don't see much in action games, and they feel pretty unique to play, but they story is boring me. I guess I'm just not a fan of war stories, but fuck its so slow and I feel like I should know more about these people and other nations and I just don't. I haven't bothered playing since I had to fight through these zombie things.

Nah, it's just they way SE presented it, in the worse way possable. By hiding 60-80% of it's story behind hidden logs that you need to collect and read just to be able to understand what's going on.

It was an unusually high budget handheld game for a handheld made in 2006. No one was expecting the story to be so shit but a high budget action jrpg on a handheld could of easily fooled anyone.
