No, only the MMR matters. Win rate isn't very valuable on its own because you could have picked up a lot of wins against shitters and are just starting to trend towards 50%.

I play with friends, so my role is usually solidified as Pharah or Bastion depending on stage. I've been using Lucio more often for duel support matches.
