Do the highest thing you can do for your current skill level over and over, it's that simple. And just save the money, 100k might buy you a set of rune armor later at best

go train it then
Train your crafting up to 10. Spend 7k on 1000 flax off the GE. Spin it into bowstrings at Lumby. Sell the bowstrings.
Then quest and train until you have 40 attack and defense. Buy a rune armour set and a rune scimi.
Of you're f2p, all you can do is the f2p quests, so look up training guide's once you've done all the f2p quests.
