I played BN 1-3 back when they originally came out, and refused to play 4-6 because I thought the story should've ended at 3, I didn't care for the art style change, and I saw that 4 was fucking lousy with bad translation.
Is it worth it to go through and play those games? I really kinda miss the BN series gameplay.

The story of 5 picks up from where 4 left off, but you can make inferences in what happened in it on dialogue alone.

Aside from Cielo Castillo scenario (which had nice music at least) playing the game again in a NG+ kinda way was something never done in a MMBN game before, plus every time the tournament scenarios are different and you can keep things even more fresh by doing the opposite version scenarios if you link up. I also enjoyed the music it had one of the best ones, the meta game was fantastic as well (imo). Coupled with the fact that I was a 13 year old boy I had no problem replaying the game more than once seeing as you have all the time in the world.
That is why its my favorite BN.
