Sure, if you stick to vanilla maps. Newest maps with all their fancy bullshit make my laptop drop down to unplayable FPS, and that's with everything set to low 720p

i think a single core can handle Terraria. old RTS games, Black and White, some Civ games, the sims, sim city 3000, maybe 4000. old Xcom games, Fallot, old rpgs, etc.
