The MGS4 CE came with a small art book, a nice case, and hours of behind the scenes footage of how the game was made for an extra $20. I'm big into movie commentary footage so getting that for a game that's maybe 5-6 hours of stuff was neat.
Buying CEs is for the birds.
95% of them are ridiculously overpriced, filled with gimmicks you'll never touch again post opening and 'soundtracks' with 10% of the actual ingame songs included.

I like the idea of CE's, but in practice, they often get used to sell games that would otherwise be shovelware.
Even when the game is at least decent, CE's often make one or more of the following mistakes:
-Small artbook: those CD sized books are just too small to appreciate. Operation Abyss got it right with its big, meaty art book with quite showcase. It doesn't have to be a full production, but there has to be enough to appreciate.
-Incomplete soundtrack: a full sound track is part of the premium when you cough up for a CE, why still buyers and then sell the full soundtrack on the side? KoF XIII got this right with its massive four disc soundtrack.
-Bottom grade figures: it doesn't have to be top notch, but if it looks like it came out of a Happy Meal, I'm not going to be happy.
-Lack of DLC: not really an issue unless the publisher charges a hefty premium. CE's really should just come with the season pass.

Honestly, I was really impressed with the quality of the Soldier statue. It's not fused with the base, for some odd reason, I had to stretch the leg out in order to peg him onto the base, and that worries me for long-term, but his sculpt is fantastic.

Depends on how much you want to spend. You'll find plenty of frames to fit your posters at walmart, but they look and feel like shit, but they will work. Plastic frames are the cheapest, and wooden frames are what you would buy if you really wanted a nice display. I have lots of plastic frames in my house and I don't mind, but I put my original artwork that I own in wooden frames because they deserve a better display.

Wooden frames, I would probably go buy at an art store, Michaels is the one I go to, but I'm sure you can find something similar. They will have better quality ones.
Don't worry if you can't find perfect fits if a poster has dimensions you can't match with a frame, you can center it in the frame and it still looks good.
If you absolutely have to tape your posters inside of a frame if they don't fit perfectly and start sliding down in the frame, then you will have to tape them in. You have to use acid free tape to keep them in good condition otherwise the tape will harm it over time.
I'm always paranoid about sun damage to my posters and artwork so I keep them out of direct sunlight.
