How would you balance Overwatch?

>Decrease reload animation
>Healing ability can now be used as Bastion moves
>Healing ability also increases damage

>Healing ability now has an aura effect
>aura effect also damages enemies close to Bastion
>Healing ability also acts as a someone capturing the objective whenever Bastion is not firing a weapon, regardless of Bastions actual locaion on the map.

>Mcree gets 100 more health in the form of armor
>Flashbang has a 3 second cooldown
>Fan the Hammer consumes only one bullet rather than the entire magazine, also the spread is decreased and overall damage increased
>DVa shoots nukes and has 1000 health

>DVa has no critbox
>DVa's ultimate works through walls and has half the map as range

The ONLY change that I would make right now is buff Zenyatta's HP by 25. But I haven't played since the Widowmaker nerf so maybe her lower powered bodyshots mean he can stick his head around a corner again.
