I'd say Link to the Past Link. He went on like 3 separate adventures, and forged the golden master sword with the help of the dwarves and a morbidly obese fairy.
The strongest in terms of what? Strength? I think it'd be TP link, he wrestled with gorons and over powered them, he needed the boots for extra weight but tossing and slapping them around was all with his own strength.
