I really wanna play all these cool games that are coming out but I don't have a computer good enough to run them.
Then play them on console.

Are you guys stupid or just assholes? If OP doesn't have a good computer then a PS4 probably isn't an easy purchase either.
Try checking craig's list, OP, or look on forums for building a pc and build one piece by piece as you save money, then upgrade as time passes and your financial situation changes.
I've had tons of ups-and-downs, but I'm doing alright. You will too.

That's $400? How old are you? If you are over 18 and still living with your parents this should be about a weeks worth of pay max?
If your're living by yourself and paying rent, you should be able to put away maybe $50 a week and get it in a month and a half?
If you're like 14 and just wanna play games, dw about them, focus on studies or something get a degree and get a good job so when you're 21ish you can buy things like PS4s without even thinking about the money aspect.

I'm pretty sure I've seen basic PC builds for around $400. Maybe you can save up for 1 or 2 pieces each month, then you can buy cheap sale games on Steam on torrent games. Much cheaper than going to Gamestop.
Then once you have your basic gaming PC, you can start upgrading this piece or that piece every few months.
