Alright, chums, I'm getting ready to emulate the glory of some PS2 games. Tell me of your favorite games. I need some o dat cult shit. Going to start playing Kingdom Hearts in a minute. My favorite games were Silent Hill 2 and Shadow of the Colossus. What do I need to play?
Does ps2 emulation have multiplayer? Dark Alliance II, Champions of Norrath, and Champions 2 are great to play with a friend.

Play resident evil outbreak series and yes its has online but only in the jp/ntsc isos its old classic RE online with strangers but you need to get good before playing with others the community is high skilled and there are no room for mistakes

There is perfectly fine PC ports of SH2-4, that could be run on a literal toasters nowadays, being 15yo DX8 games. Here's the DL links, and a neat SH PC Guide that helps you run them well and pretty on today's machines:

Mount the ISOs of 2 & 3, and then run their installers like always.
The SH1 is a PS1 rip that you gotta emulate.
The "sh2proxy" fix works as a no-cd crack as well, and is included in the pack.
In case you experience issues saving the game / not being able to edit the disp.ini, make sure the files aren't set to "Read Only", and run the game as Administrator.
If SH2 gets stuck in a black screen upon launch, close it and re-start it again.

I'm a big fan of SH2, but I can't trust the PC port as I've noticed quite a few graphical errors (like, the wall behind Mary is missing when James is talking to her during two of the endings). I might have to give SH3 another go, as I haven't touched it in twelve years or so.
Now, I don't hate SH4. It had some great shit in it, but I can't deal with the fact that I have to go through the levels twice.
As for Okami, YES. I never finished it, but I should. I've always meant to finish SMT: Nocturne. MGS 2,3, Jak& Dax, Ratchet & Clank all played before. May revisit at some point.
