Cyberpunk setting with it's own lore/background, characters, and bartending. Yes, some people enjoy the aspect of making, serving, and memorizing drinks. The interaction you have with the girl alludes to the dystopian city outside without outright describing it, namedropping authority figures like the Knights, and giving a window into the world's technological advancements by discussing her medical treatments. From the demo/prologue the writing seemed to a good job balancing humor and more serious discussions without either flavor suffering from the other. If they keep the same balance, the girls will be as much for wooing over as they will be for exploring the world without actually traversing through it. Or at least, that's the impression I got from it.
