Well it was kind of implied by the T2 head that there'd be something big coming from their corner.
Seeing nothing new was coming from 2K, it had to be Rockstar.
Doesn't matter wether they 'do' E3 or not. If Zelnick brings up shit like this months ahead of time there should have been something.
