Platinum is underrated. Greatly fixed a lot of problems with D/P; specifically, slowdown and lag.

HG/SS are perfect upgrades. Menus became even faster than Platinum's improvements.

everyone acknowledges this, but diamond and pearl were so bad platinum suffers from its problems (shitty region, horrid HMs, speed despite the speed up from platinum). It's amazing what they salvaged from those 2 shitty games
