I'm actually running out of ideas of evil pigs in videogames. I guess there really aren't that many.

Anyone remember Rocket Knight Adventures? The villains in that were a kingdom of pigs led by a robot pig emperor who wanted a giant battlestation called the Pig Star.
There's also these guys from Donkey Kong Jungle Beat, the Mo-Hogs.
