Tracer is a reinforcement stopper and keeps enemies occupied, which can win games since enemies arent able to all reinforce but keep getting scattered and picked off.
Reaper is a heavy damage dealer for close combat ambushes which done correctly can halt the enemy and win games.
Just because the characters aren't on the objective 24/7 like your useless ass doesnt mean they arent the main reason you are winning the fucking game.

I'm pretty fucking good with her. Assert your dominance. Fight in numbers and keep that bubble up on some balls deep teammate as much as possible. You're most valuable as a big target/sentry killer so focus the big motherfuckers your team is going to have a hard time taking down first. Always pop bubbles AFTER someone has started firing at you. Activate teammate health bars for zarya to see who on your team is taking damage. If you aren't going to be able to kill every enemy in an area make sure you have to plan to escape shortly after your shield busts.
Don't be afraid to run away. 100 charge is valuable shit and you recharge a ton of shield by being out of combat for a minute.
Like I said assert your dominance. The best thing about Zarya is that she busts through all of the shit that slows teams down so if you play her well the enemy team will be in staggered spawns the whole game and you'll be walking on them.

She's literally the Pyro from TF2 on steroids. She has a "flamethrower" that slows you if youre nicked by it, so if she even scractes your ass with it she can chase you down.
Her 250 health make her a nuisance to kill fast enough for her ice not to be a problem, and if you want to range her with some like 76, she can either wall you and laugh or just heal up in iceblock.
She can harass with the icicle, AND it can head shot, so if you think you can keep your distance from her you're wrong.
Couple that with an ult that is literally point denial. You don't even need to hit anyone with it. You can put it on the point and say "fuck off."
She's a pyro on steroids and has no effective "dead zone" like the pyro does.

Stay close to your team, long range fuckers like Widowmaker can fuck your day. Use your shields to deny big on coming damage. Junkrat is using his ult? Wait patiently for it to round the corner then quickly pop your shield on yourself and an ally to survive it. I can not stress this enough, DO NOT, be liberal with your shields, use it ONLY to disrupt high incoming damage. Use your M2 at long range, it's deadly once you have high power. Try to combo your ult with others combo, like Roaghogs or again, Junkrat. Literally anyone that does large damage. Also when using your ult, spam M2, it does splash damage so it will hurt multiple targets.

The whole point of unranked is to practice heroes. Most of the time I deliberately don't go for objectives, because it's a waste to time to stomp someone in 2 minutes and sit in a queue again.
I actually made a mistake of picking heroes to improve team composition in the beginning, so I ended up playing 70% support, 20% tank and 10% defense/offense heroes. But I quickly realised that didn't improve me as a player at all, and since then I completely ignore my team most of the time and pick whatever.
Occasionally I pick Lucio, Symmetra, Roadhog and Zarya, but only to counter enemy team. My winrate ended up tanking, but I don't give a shit, it's fucking unranked after all.

A good Tracer is rare, but they're nigh impossible to kill and annoying as hell. Nothing pisses me off more than finally hitting one and hearing "Ever get that feeling of deja vu" before they rape my ass and zip away.
You need to be really good at aiming while moving/teleporting so you can land your whole clip into the enemy while dodging all their blows.

I don't play Pharah, I'm just trying to figure it out -- their awareness reaches too far to rocket them from a distance and you'd lose a direct fight with them, only option I can think of is splash damage around a corner, but that seems slow and is putting a target over your head for the rest of their team.

If it's a regular level 2 turret and you're properly peeking you'll take minimal shots, and 3 rockets takes it down

That sounds like an issue with your team, not her ult. Your team's AOE damage dealers should be having a field day when you clump the whole enemy team together. If they do nothing, then you guys deserve to lose.

You can hit people around corners because projectiles have a bigger hitbox than a collision box. It's a very rare thing to just happen at random, but it also means you shouldn't chase a good Hanzo around corners. Hanzo's an F tier character anyways compared to Widow.

picking winston isn't typically helpful either. mcree is very strong in 1v1's and he can cut a tank down fast. killing is still very important to the team and you playing lowest dps winston some times means someone else has to pick up your slack so the team can actually get kills.
