The PSO2 NA version would be garbage anyways. Base game. Nothing else. Go check out the NA website that has been idling for nearly 4 years now. There's a SEA version you can try to play, but if you get caught as an NA player you get banned. Even Blade and Soul as trash as it was and sat in NA port hell it still came out before PSO2.

The most significant thing at E3 was Microsoft offering all their games as multiplats.
Even though the games themselves weren't the most exiting, and the only other system was Windows 10 PC, it was still cool to see a console company's presentation shy away from pure exclusives and promote cross platform play. Offering up more consumer freedom for their customers is a step in a good direction, and a direction I'd like to see vidya go more towards.
I don't even have an Xbone or a decent PC, but I'd say Microsoft won in terms of respect. Most of the vidya across all the presentations were par-for-the-course anyway

But that one game was better than anything Sony showed, and Nintendo had other games, like a new Mario Party, Paper Mario, Pokemon, their new RPG IP on 3DS, Rhythm Heaven and Monster Hunter.
God of War looked very disappointing and a departure from the series. Horizon looks okay but I'm worried it'll just be another AAA western game with scripted shit everywhere but we'll see. Death Stranding and whatever that zombie game is were just CG trailers. Spiderman looked neat but the devs themselves said its not coming for years. Do I even need to mention fucking Crash and Skylanders?

Honestly I didn't care much about any of the other stuff Nintendo showed, they rode entirely on Zelda for me. I mean that Oasis game looked comfy but I don't buy or play handhelds anymore. I used to when I was still in school and in the military so I was traveling and didn't have room for PC's or consoles, but now that I own my own home and have a stable job, I just don't have much use for handhelds, I'm never going to just sit at home and play on a tiny ass screen when I could be playing on my PC or console.
But Zelda was so good I had to pony up and buy a console. There's other stuff that I want to play on it too, but Zelda is the final push that made me buy it.

I think Microsoft won this year when it comes to the games that are confirmed with a release date. While Sony would win based on announcements if we didn't take in release dates, Microsoft had a lot of games that had release dates and looked good, whereas a lot of the good games from Sony's conference were TBA when it comes to release dates.
Nintendo was good, but had too little to show off to qualify for me. Zelda looked good, but that's only one game.

I do see console sales for xbone slowing down though, especially with most waiting for Scorpio, but on that I think it was wiser for MS to announce it upfront otherwise those who had just purchased a slim would feel cheated in 6-12 months when we hear more about it.

Sony spammed movies and kill simulators, Xbox rendered two upcoming consoles obsolete before launching them, and Nintendo marginalized its big kahuna by putting all its eggs in one basket. I didn't even bother watching PC after last year, but I imagine it wins automatically. Maybe Ubisoft wins because they talked more about the NX than Nintendo and they need all the help they can get.

A third party game that is exclusive for one platform still counts towards that platform, because let's face it, E3 is to get you hyped to buy hardware and games, and exclusives sell you the hardware that Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo are making.
Now multiplats I don't count towards the console manufacturer but rather the publisher, since they're selling those games.
