3.35 is probably in 2-3 weeks. It's possible to hit 60 before that but you'll have to rush. The only thing coming out in 3.35 however is Deep Dungeon and that's available from level 17.

The best raids are in ARR content though. You can enjoy them right now, and you should do that instead of rushing to the end.
