Forced 50. Nobody has a winrate above 59% because after winning too much you'll get paired up with autistic morons/join a 0/99% losing game so your winrate drops to a solid 50%. If you play support often (thanks to autists sperg locking dps all the time) you notice the severe drop of your team mate's intelligence after a while.

I fucking hate Hanzos.
Every fucking game I have one on my team, and every time I never see any sound arrows anywhere, they just spam arrows in the general direction of the enemies, and occasionally shoot their dragons completely missing the point and doing nothing.
Meanwhile enemy Hanzos seem to have arrows that are magnetically attracted to me, like as soon as I show up they snap aim in my general direction and even if they miss the arrow curves into me.

I have my own opinions on Hanzos and Genji's, after 5 matches if you can't regularly keep more kills than deaths while contesting the objective. Don't play them. This game isn't about picking yhe character you find cool, it's about playing who you are goodwith. We dont need 2 genjis and hanzos on a team especially when they are shit with them.

I like using Genji, but I'll switch away from him if things aren't working out, and I usually only select him if we've got things like tank and support covered and I can fill in with an offense character.
What really bothers me is the people I've played with who will instant lock Hanzo regardless of map, mode, or other team comp. I had someone who I played 4 rounds with and every single time he locked in as Hanzo right away and never switched off.

The abilities alone help differentiate it from other FPS. Ultimates serve as a means of giving instant-gratification like you said, but they're overall horrible.
