Although I'm pretty sure I already know the answer, will we only be playing as Sora in III? I'd figure yes, but I'd honestly be super disappointed and feel like the climax won't really work well if that's the case
One, if all XIII darknesses constitute the final boss encounter, and they clash with the VII lights, and we only get to play as Sora, that means most of them will be killed off screen/in a cutscene by other characters. Or, Sora just fights them all himself which clashes with the theme and would feel kind of lame
Also they've kind of set a precedent; every KH since 2 (aside from the mobile games) has had multiple playable characters. Going back to just Sora feels a bit like a step back.
I also feel like Kairi requires some much needed development, and it would make a nice contrast from ridiculously overpowered Sora, to spend a bit of time as a basic, keyblade amateur Kairi. I dunno

And I know; KH music is always wonderful. I just take preference for the newer soundtrack. Obviously one can't go wrong music wise either way.
But fair enough; there weren't a HUGE number of differences between versions. I just like the minor little touchups here and there. I suppose if 60FPS is more important to you or you want to avoid a select few bugs then emulation is the best way to go.

I loved the card system and pity those who don't. It was so unique and so powerful to play. It was honestly one of the best rushes to break the enemy bosses card a couple times by being fast enough and being able to hit them with a sleight move. It was all great. Only problem the game has was repetitiveness pretty much, but what can you do for a game originally made for the GBA.
Side comment: Thoughts on KH vis-a-vis Disney? CoM has the best writing in the whole series. The entire plot of the game revolves around memories. Every world revolves around memories and the question of what they are along with the concept of losing them. Yeah sure it had plenty of DARKNESS moments but the bulk of the game revolved around memories, and everything that happened in it was directly related to the plot, which can't be said for games like KH2. The villains had clear motives. It was great.
