I didn't like how the wires worked. It seems like they should hold it in place fine, but why are the robots falling over, and beyond that, why are they falling over in the direction opposite they're hooked from?
It seems like it's just a lot of canned animations, rather than dynamic and physics based reactions, and they were clearly trying to show it off as the latter rather than the former. Plus the world looks very small for an open world game. They panned a decent distance on the map, but it took all of 1 minute for them to grab a mount and ride to the seemingly far away objective. Also I don't really like the aesthetic to be honest. Post collapse humans living like primatives except for all this technology they use. Seems a bit self defeating.

Not necessarily a bad thing that each weapon is useful, but unless the different weapons offer actually different ways to play the game it runs the risk of being repetitive dodge roll into fire/electric/ice/whateverarrow and then grapple it when it's about to die.
We honestly haven't seen jack shit of what the game will actually play like, all we got was a cherrypicked 2 minute segment which are never indicative of the final product.
I wasn't particularly impressed by Zelda but I did appreciate we got a good look at what the game will actually be like. Hours of playing rather than a minute of scripted do this then do that and put on god mode on easy so you can't die. I think that's why peoiple are talking about Zelda the most though, because they showed off hours of gameplay instead of a couple minutes. Has basically nothing to do with quality one way or another but simply content shown.

The creatures have multiple weak points that have different effects like losing their crab shell or even on the trex video a gun which you can use. Seeing as your weapons target different bits, have different effects and get around different stuff there will be reason to mix it up, plus we saw you can take some down stealthy. Even just the crabs we saw her dismantle one and then just stun another to run
For only 2 ten minute demos we have seen a good amount of mechanics. For the amount of more time we have seen loz I don't feel like we have seen a proportionate amount of really new mechanics, I really wish they had shown more of the later game stuff as that is when Link seemed to have the tools to do a bit more

"tis shielded" So you just use your anti shield weapon. Sure it's better than hit enemy 10 times with attack then takedown animation but it's not exactly in depth inherently.
Again, we have not seen jack shit of the actual game. We got a 2 minute section of unknown hours into the game that was heavily scripted (as in, they had a script, do this then do that and then yadda yadda and rehearsed to make it picture perfect).
I do have to say the takedown animation on that small corrupted robot right as the bossfight started was pretty nice. It wasn't flashy, it was fast and practical. 10/10 takedown.
But I really have to reserve my judgements until we see what the game actually plays like. For now we don't really know very much beyond the basic mechanics, we have no idea how well or poorly integrated into the game they are, or if that's all the mechanics or only half of them.

The only one that fits for that is the last one, and even then the game showed you could take it apart or get around the shield. It is not just "tis weak to fire" it is certain areas will be effected by different bits and this changes what the enemy has on it and will act. You could tether and tame, you can go for a sneak attack, you can set a load of traps up which have different effects

The boss was weak to fire so they just used a fire arrow and fire bomb until it was ready for takedown. The shield enemy they ambushed before it had its shield up, then stunned it and ran away.
You seem to be implying you've seen more about this game than we have, because I saw a couple very brief combat sections where they just used weapon counters and wham bam done.
I'm not bashing it for that because I don't know how in depth or shallow it is yet. Because we have not seen more than 2 minutes of this game. I'm literally just lamenting the fact we don't know what kind of game this will really be. Initially I thought it would be some kind of survival story game and then they show this and it looks similar to FarCry mixed with an action adventure. So I really don't know what to expect from the game.
Everything I saw was mostly positive. I wish she didn't talk so much, and I'm a bit iffy on how much technology the humans actually use, but the combat did look cool. Whether it was because it actually is fun or just because it's well scripted we've yet to find out. I definitely think it could be good but that hinges on many things we do not know about yet.

I honestly don't care for story in games anymore after playing all the souls series that just take you straight into the gameplay from pretty much the beginning it just makes playing games with long cutscenes or dialogue sequences a fucking chore, optional is always the best, being forced into it is just torture especially if the game is fun.

This concept alone leaves zelda completely and utterly out classed as a game, There isn't a single current gen third person game with this level of detail when it comes to combat.

Perfect example would be Battlefront. The graphics were so good that I convinced myself to buy it despite hearing how bare the game was. It was one of the worst purchases I've ever made.
On the other hand I bought a small indie game named Oxenfree that had very limited graphics but had an absolute blast with it. Graphics don't really do anything other than immerse the player in the experience. There are ways of getting around graphical limitations in order to do the same thing though. Sony won on sheer variety alone and Sony was the only conference that showed us just how much life the PS4 has left whereas Nintendo and Microsoft are already preparing to jump ship after being BTFO.
