To me Horizon seemed a lot like the flood of other open world games over the past few years. I'm not super interested in it unless I start hearing good things about it once its out, the gameplay shown so far last year and this year looked super scripted.
I might pick it up once I get a PS4 later (once we get actual news on the PS4 Neo) if I hear it's not ass.
