doubt it. one of the major reasons they're doing this is so they can bring some of the tens of thousands of skyrim mods to console. they're advertising skyrim remastered as "MODS ON CONSOLE MODS ON CONSOLE MODS ON CONSOLE", so it's obviously in their best interest to make sure a good chunk of the mods are still compatible or, at the very least, easily portable.

Skyrim Special Edition is running on the updated engine that Fallout 4 ran on. If you've ever tried modding that game, it's a much more stable platform and can take whatever mods you throw at it without crashing. Even with stability mods, Skyrim still crashes to desktop frequently.

i would buy a completely remade morrowind, the gameplay feels really dated at this point. the key would be balancing the things that made it good with fixing the parts that feel dated and didn't age well.
i'd buy a remastered oblivion that fixed level scaling and level mechanics and improved the graphics a bit, but overall i feel oblivion was already a great game. maybe introduce a few skryim features that worked out well.
remastered skyrim doesn't make much sense, but whatever, i'm getting it for free.
i'd love to see fo1/2 remade in 3d, but i doubt that'll ever happen since i think interplay still owns the rights to those.
fo3 remaster wouldn't really accomplish much since the main problems with the game aren't things you could remaster out.
new vegas remaster could integrate some of the open new vegas stuff that makes freeside and the strip a part of a single continuous game world, that would be pretty cool.
