If the community in general was better, you'd generally have better quality streamers too. Not everyone has the same standards you do, which is why some random female with cleavage can get 10k viewers at any time donating hundreds or thousands to her with little quality.
Streaming games is pretty important to companies to show off their games to the masses, regardless of the quality of who's showing it. It's like advertising on a TV, except with much larger coverage and for free. There's really no reasons for companies to attack people who host their content, even if they show it badly. Any kind of publicity is good publicity and all that. Nintendo wants to protect their IPs, and in their quest for that, they hurt themselves in the end. They have very little foresight in this situation, and are the ones in the wrong here. They refuse free publicity and exposure just to make a few extra bucks and annoy people in general.

If you're saying that framerate lag doesn't matter, then I agree with you and we are the minority.
If it's invasive and hampers the experience, then I have a problem. But as of right now, regardless, Zelda is not impressing me in the slightest.
Nintendo needs to do some truly creative things throughout the game to keep me interested nowadays.
I've already fiddled with crazy platforming gadgets across the entire Ratchet and Clank series.
I broke in horses in Red Dead Redemption.
I had the most fun with physics in Portal 2.
I've done a ton of gathering and resource collecting in Monster Hunter and Fallout.
I set nature on fire in FarCry and Minecraft.
I toyed with wind in Windwaker.
I've skillfully climbed mountains in Uncharted 4.
And I've swapped through various weapons in Dark Souls.
Zelda doesn't need an overhaul. It just needs to keep the player engaged in a way that adds to the game. These are steps in the right direction. I hope they don't get lost in this open world meme. They just might.

Changing wind direction to glide with a leaf isn't "toying with wind". You type like a fucking tool. Also the climbing in Uncharted is the most barebones boring as sin part of those games.
