I played about 100hours of Xenoverse before the RNG pissed me off. Overall, it was money well spent, but I don't know if there's enough in the sequel to make me buy it.

We know it's changed somehow already. In the Gohan gameplay shown, Gohan uses 2 ultimate attacks after turning Super Saiyan, implying SS no long takes an ultimate slot. What else could have changed we likely won't know until playable demos are available.

The biggest thing they need to fix more than anything is the balance and difficulty, especially on the PQs.
I've managed to solo everything in the game myself, but when it comes down to the more difficult quests and the only thing you can do to win is spam ultimates because you're fighting 100 different enemies at the same time with 500 health bars and super armor, it isn't fun

Various movement options should be a skill you can unlock and equip too.
Stuff like flight, using flying nimbus, instant transmission and so on. You got to choose one but each has it's advantages and disadvantages.
They also need to make powering up something anyone can do, and not something you need to equip as a skill.

I've started the video for you at 1:13, and I'll talk you through what you see.
First, we see xXxWatermelonNiggaxXx go SuperNigger, right?
then, we see him attempt to use an ultimate (electric something, android move, I think)
Then, the guy recording uses Arm Crash. And as you can see, it smashes through the ultimate, and through the super armor AND through the guys stamina
The red explosion is his stamina literally breaking, and him having 0 left.

Been going for 5 years now (SS4 Gohan was added to celebrate the 5th anniversary) and now it's being upgraded to Super Dragon Ball Heroes, upgrading the graphics and changing the party size from 5 characters to 7.
